This addition and partial remodel refreshes a classic Santa Barbra-style estate originally designed by the late George Christensen. Tasked with adding a primary suite at the main level to the 25-year-old home while honoring the original architecture, this plan sought to continue the next chapter of the home’s story by speaking to its eccentric and considered design.
